Do adults need to pay admission?

Adults are FREE with a child's admission. Adults must accompany children at all times.

Are socks required?

Yes — appropriate socks are required for all children and adults on the play floor. Socks are $2, but if you bring your own appropriate socks, you do not need to purchase them.

How do you keep the facility clean?

We sanitize all equipment and surfaces daily using child-safe, hospital-grade cleaning products. High-touch areas are cleaned multiple times throughout the day. We take cleanliness very seriously.

Is the equipment safety certified?

Yes. All of our play equipment meets or exceeds Canadian safety standards and is inspected regularly by certified safety professionals.

What is your sick child policy?

We kindly ask that children who are unwell stay home. If your child shows signs of illness upon arrival, we reserve the right to decline entry for the safety of all guests. We offer credit for future visits in these situations.

Is there staff supervision on the play floor?

Our trained staff are present on the play floor at all times to ensure a safe and positive environment. However, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their own children.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome for general play sessions, subject to capacity. We recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends and holidays.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Play pass cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit to qualify for a free cancellation. Birthday party deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date with 7 days' notice.

Our membership is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. When your 30-day membership ends, you can simply purchase a new membership whenever you'd like to continue.

How far in advance should I book a party?

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance. Weekend dates fill up quickly, especially in spring and fall. Members receive priority booking access.
